It's me again :)

Some suggestions as far as the Naan Bread is concerned ~ you don't always have to use the oven to make this bread ~ you can use a large cast iron skillet that has been heated thru and then turned over on the stove element (gas or electric) and make these one at a time, but you must constantly watch them as you make because they will burn if you don't ~ you can tell by the "look" of them when they are done.

You can also do things after you spread the "ghee" or "clarified butter" on them like sprinkle some rosemary, or some chopped/minced (either one) that has been soaked in olive oil - kind of like those little jars of garlic you can buy in the produce section in Walmart or your grocery store. Sprinkle some Parmesan Cheese on top! dill ! try different things, they are great :)

Also, I've found that a regular rolling pin is kind of large when you are rolling out these small batches of bread ~ a suggestion? go to Home Depo or Lowes or your local hardware store ~ purchase a broom handle ~ just the handle mind you. Cut it into sections of 6 to 8 inches then sand it down smooth, wash it, let it dry thoroughly and then oil it so it soaks into the wood and it prevents splinters. It's cheap and the size is perfect.

Hope this helps.
